This is the reason a lot of these sellers are looking at investors such as us as “Scammers”

What do we have to do to prevent them from thinking like these articles portrait us to be?

I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The startribune is our local paper.

MN has really begun cracking down on these fradualant deals.

Lucky thing you’re not living in this area. The media here tend to associate the word “flipping” with scam.

I am currently looking for new ways to profit in RE without flipping.

Land trust sounds very as a vehicle to control properties and then selling for profit.

Let me give you some facts. Less than 40% of the people in US have internet access. Most have no email.
