Here’s my 2 cents:
Free comps are a great way to start your evaluation. But your best bet is to really work with a realtor to show you how the comps came out. Some realtors would be willing to work with u, if you take time and patience to find them. And ask them to reason why they came up with the comps they did. Realtors can manipulate the data to make you see what you want to see.

Then click on real estate and then look on the left side and click on “what’s my home worth” enter address and you are good to go…comps are a little old but do give you a general idea.
