I got a call from a man last night and asked me what it was I did.He said he was in a bind and wanted to know if I would be interested in this trailer. The home is a 1976 12 by 60.He has been paying lot rent on this home for awhile. He told me the title was clear BUT it has to be moved. The owner told him to keep it there he would need to replace the skirting, porch, and oil tank.He has a new water heater, the furnace is serviced every year, roof is done, tiled the kitchen and bathroom floors. He wants to get out of paying another lot rent because he has another home in the park.As long as it can stay do you think it would be worth my time? Thanks

1 MH: free
new skirting: $400 (you provide the labor)
new porch: $200 (depends on size)
oil tank: $600 (if memory serves)

You may want to consider replacing the oil with electric or gas. A furnace can be had for $500, then just run gas pipe or electric - permits and parts/labor may run you add’l $200

Talk to the PM first - this guy’s say so would need to be verified.

Total it up: $1200-$1300; add in a little for good measure: $1500

I would
