What investment specialty at the conference struck you as the most interesting? That is probably the area you will have the greatest success in.
Many folks who came upon money due to inheritence or other reasons have posted here that they were happy that they continued to pursue their real estate investments with creativity(other people’s money) instead of using this new found wealth.

I would like some advice. I attended the convention last week and I must say I am completely overwhelmed at the amount of knowlage I received in real estate. I will be attending again next year.
I am owner financing a 320,000.00 commercial building for 8.75% interest over 20 years. I have a friend who is willing to buy my note. My question is, do you think I should free up the cash for other real estate investments? If so, what do you recomend? I think I got just enough knowlage from the convention to be dangerous. There seems to be so many directions or specialities in real estate.
I need a direction.
