I am selling my home. Considering which way to go; Realtor or FSBO?

If I decide not to go with Realtor, who can I elect to represent my interests (phone calls, show the house, get contract signed, and so on) if I am out of town owner?

Sorry to say?THAT is why you use a REALTOR. Sal In my experience there is only one way to sell For Sale By Owner?that is you do everything except the closing which will be handled by an escrow company. Where is the property? Maybe someone on this board may be interested.
