Anybody out there ever hear of Gateway? They offer a course on foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, and REOs. They claim that you can start out for $10. Appreciate your comments.

I went to the website and if you follow his advice (I found info. in the FAQ section) and look for foreclosures in the newspaper, those who have Joe Kaiser’s course will already have done the deal. As long as you’re not up against anyone who’s read Kaiser’s stuff, you may have a (slim) chance of making some cash.
