Anyone know anything about their pre-foreclosure and foreclosure courses? They claim you can start with a $10 bill with a contract.

I have both courses from Gateway and they are good introductions to the subject. They include the usual topics: finding properties, sample marketing letters, sources of information, as well as advice on what to look for, and how to cost the deals, before going on to fixing them up and selling them on. They start from the basics and are quite comprehensive in their coverage. They include worked examples, as well as refresher “exercises” for each chapter.
They are definitely value for money and Lance Young, the author, is helpful if you have any questions.
As to whether it works – it’s like everything else, the principles are sound and if you work at it you will get results.
