I found it very easy to get people to give me an option on their MH (for only $25), and hand me the keys. I also had park owners let me put my signs on MHs they had taken back, after I agreed to a purchase price. I also had people who had bought MHs as investments to re-sell, let me put my signs on their MHs after agreeing to a purchase price. So you don’t necessarily have to have any money (I did buy one MH, also). Of course, I have been unable to sell ANY of them.

I’ve been reading a lot of the How To articles, especially the ones by Lonnie Scruggs. My first question is which book to buy first, Deals On Wheels or Making Money On Mobile Homes?
And, what are the best sources for a loan of a few thousand to buy Mobile Homes? I’m leaning towards private investors because i have bad credit & have a foreclosure on file.
Anyone in Miami willing to be a investor (or the like)and/or network?
