Although Im mainly looking into investing in L/H deals, my company provides inspection services to Oakwood and Vanderbilt throughout the state of Georgia, so I come across alot of REO’s in parks and some L/H ones… I receive over 20 inspections a month so Id be glad to share info on & possibly partner up on the deals I come across. Especially if someone can give me tips on which banks in GA will lend on them.
