Has anyone been successful with getting the bank to agrree to a loan where the seller second is allowed for up to 100% LTV?
I have several banks that will allow up to 85-90% LTV on commercial properties, but cannot find one that will allow a “real” no money out of pocket deal, even when they are protected by only 75% LTV, with the seller in second position.
can anyone provide me with the name and number of a lender? (not a broker…)

What difference does it make if you?re dealing with a broker or not. I don?t see many ?Bankers? posting or reading this board? I do have a source for 100% CLTV.
