Izzy posted this a while back. Some of us have been waiting for someone to provide some guidance. Izzy, I am re-posting it. I hope you dont mind… Ok. Investors lets get some input here.

Has anyone been successful with getting the bank to agrree to a loan where the seller second is allowed for up to 100% LTV?

I have several banks that will allow up to 85-90% LTV on commercial properties, but cannot find one that will allow a “real” no money out of pocket deal, even when they are protected by only 75% LTV, with the seller in second position.

can anyone provide me with the name and number of a lender? (not a broker…)

thanks!

What difference does it make if you?re dealing with a broker or not. I don?t see many ?Bankers? posting or reading this board? I do have a source for 100% CLTV.
