Go to a mortgage broker, there are plenty of non-conventional loan programs out there now. No reason to go full doc, except to save a little money.

I am getting ready to build a business and I was wondering if I should form a corp and pay myself a salary and get a W-2 at the end of the year like all other employees.

If I do this would I be able to get home loans or do I still have to go thru all the hurdles of a self-employed DBA’s go through, income verif, 2 years of business taxes, etc.?
