Try “First American” title company.
I have not ever gotten such a list from a title company, but I overheard someone at the office when I was closing a deal a few months ago talking about a report like this.
I don’t recall what they called it though.
I’d just call them, and rather than lable the report as something, ie: “Farm report”, tell them what info you are seeking and see if they can direct you to someone who can provide it.

And, if you do come up with something, PLEASE post it here.
I’m sure a few of us would like to know what ever you find out.

Friday I called title companies in chicago trying to get info on out of state owners or non-owner occupied, and they didn’t know what I was talking about. Some states call this a farm report, not in Illinois. can sombody help me out so I don’t have to go to the courthouse.
