Hm…sounds a little too severe. Why not just offer some money to someone in foreclosure for the chance to examine all of their foreclosure mail?

I am very interested in seeing the amount of marketing one gets hammered with in my area when they are facing foreclosure.

How would it be possible to get on the “list” of the foreclosure filings, without actually being in foreclosure?
Could I (or would I want to?) file a lis pendens against myself (or have my LLC do it) so I can see all of the different kinds of postcards, letters etc. that one gets around here.

I think it would be valuable info to have.

Any thoughts???

Why get on ‘the list’? Instead, get into their homes (knocking on doors, phone call appointments,…). With a little rapport, they’ll be more than willing to share with you all the mail they’ve been getting. I’ve accumulated quite a bit of mailings sent to those in foreclosure.

And by going this route, you might even get some deals out of it!
