I have had the CS program for about a month, have read it twice. Also have spent about another 1k on books, (Barnes & Nobles loves me!), and what I am finding is the more knowlegable I become, the more anxious I get. Have joined the local real estate club and will make an offer within the next 30-60 days. The point is, don’t get frustrated, get educated! You will notice the fear leave you as you gain in knowledge! So, everyone who is sitting on the sidelines, plug away! what is the worst that could happen? you will be exactly where you are now but with the power of knowing your almost there!
