I am getting started (or restarted) in my REI career in North New Jersey. I already own a couple of rental properties but am going to leverage some of the equity (about $150,000)I have to flip &/or rehab. Will be attending my first auction tomorrow (just to observe) and have read RE books galore.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any RE investing clubs in North Jersey area. The closest one that I know of is almost an hour away. Also, wondering if there are any RE investors on this site from the area that I might be able to work with or at least pick their brains!

Keeping the good paying job for now until I do a few deals and am comfortable with my abilities.

any advice/info is greatly appreciated!
