Matt,

I wouldn’t spend money on the TV “gurus”. The courses available from this web site have already passed the J.P. test and are really quite good.

If you’re interested in lease options, I would recommend the courses by Bill Bronchick and Joe Kaiser, both.

Good luck,

Brad

hello,
yet another rookie here…and, yet another rookie w/ not a lot of access to funds…
so, i appreciate anybody who started here pitching in their 2 cents…
I’ve got time and a husband w/ lots of carpentry skills…
should we be looking for lease option deals where the house needs some repair, and then finding a tenant/buyer?
i’m in that, making a lot of calls stage, but not yet
busting a move…

again, i appreciate any feedback

thanks

I’m also a rookie looking for advice. What does the lease option deal entail. Do you lease for a certain amount of time with the option to buy at a certain time. Does the amount paid when leasing go towards any payment on the house? Just trying to learn more. Thanks… Also have you ordered any of the courses on TV for real estate, do you suggest any?
