I desperately want to invest in real estate. The problem is I have very little cash and not the best credit. What can someone like me do to get my foot in the door? Should I buy land and rent out trailers, should I buy repo homes then sell them, etc…I’m tired of getting scammed by these infomercial guys, so I would like some advice from someone who simply wants to help. Assume that I need step by step instructions, because I do.

I agree with Steve. Take a look at all that’s offered here on this board. You could literally read every hour of every day for the next year and probably not exhaust what’s available right here on this site. Start with the how-to articles and the success stories. Find people who’s opinion you respect and do a search on them. For example JT-In has almost a thousand posts in the past year, think there’s some knowledge there? JohnBoy has thousands of posts, many of them very insightful.
