The Carleton Sheets course is much more detailed on no money down techniques and has necessary forms included for your use.

I purchased the Carleton Sheets course and read thru it several times. I also have books by Russ Whitney and Wade Cook. I am hoping that someone can tell me the easiest, safest, least expensive way to get started in Real Estate investing. I am a student, my wife works full time and we have 2 kids so I don’t want to put us in any kind of financial bind. Am I asking for too much?

I think Sheets addresses that fairly well in his course. Read the last chapter titled “What To Do Tomorrow” or something like that. It tells you exactly how to get started while gaining a solid foundation under your feet.

I too have read Russ Whitney’s and Wade Cook’s books, is the Carleton Sheets course, the same material? I’ve been thinking about purchasing the Sheets course.
