First what are your interests. There are a lot of different approaches to make money in real estate. I would first read all of the how to articles and money making ideas on this site.
Then after that, ask questions on this newsgroup. After awhile you will become more comfortable with a couple of the areas of investing. At that time you will want to buy the courses that would pertain to your interest.
I can say from experience and in purchasing many courses from this site, that what ever you purchase it will be money well spent.
And a footnote. The info in the courses offered here only work if you do. Good luck.
