Hi folks,
I’m just starting out in real estate investing(can’t wait to get started). I am currently living with family mainly because I don’t want to waste my hard-earned money renting. I have bad credit and very little cash for a down payment. My first goal is to buy a home for my family and I. I live in San Antonio, TX. The only thing I’ve got going for me is that I’m a veteran and I am eligible for a VA home loan. According to some calculators I’ve used with my income and debts that I have I can only afford a home in the $30,000.00 range. Anyone out there have some pointers for me? Is there anyone out there who invests in the San Antonio area? I could use a mentor/partner.
