First of all Great information site Guys. I my position is that I have money to invest in real estate but my problem is where do I start. I am from Canada I don’t know if that makes a difference or not. I have taken a look Wright Thurstons package on multiple units and I have seen him speak live. I am looking for residual income. I have money but bad credit does this make a difference.

Honestly, if you have money but bad credit, the best thing to do with that money would be to pay off your overdue bills and judgements and whatever else you have hanging over your head that’s impairing your credit. In the long run, good credit will make it a lot easier to succeed in this business. It’s definitely possible to succeed without good credit; it’s just a lot more work!
