I remember my first deal. I purchased the home for $5,000 put $1,200 into it sold it immediatly for $18,500 it went like this.
$1,000.00 down 70 payments of $250.00 at 0% interest $17,500 The buyers loved the 0%int.
Be flexable and close the deal ! Good Luck !

Okay…I’ve got my Lonnie books, my Tew notes, my notebooks full of articles, messages, and posts that I have been studying for three months. …I got my tax return and have taken money out of my thrift savings account (which has been taking serious negative hits with the markets) and I am gonna do a Lonnie deal as a birthday present to myself!! I am ready to lock and load…rock and roll!!! You guys inspire me and I will be talking back at ya to let you know what’s what!!I can ask all the questions in the world…but unless I put forth the effort and believe in what I can do…it won’t get done!! So hang on folks…it’s gonna be an interesting ride!!..This will be the most FUN I have had in a LOOOOONG time!
