There are many websites with forms on there my favorite one is http://www.alllaw.com/forms/real_estate/ But i recommend you check with ur attorney or someone who knows but just scroll down and look for the form “offer for the purchase and sale of real estate”

Can anyone recommend a website where I can find a good offer template or have one they can email me. I can’t find my offer from when I purchased my own home. I used a realtor then and now we are just working with the seller. Looking to put in an offer on my first investment property Monday. Thanks in advance.

Dana,
an ‘offer’ is just a sales contract, that has not, yet,
been accepted. Once the seller accepts and signs, then it’s a ‘contract’. So, look for a contract form, instead of an ‘offer form’.
