Last night I bought The “Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing” by Martin Stone, Spencer Strauss, William Bronchick, Warren Ladenheim, and Ed Stevens.
It looks to be full of good info. Also a good place for first timers to start. In my opinion it has more info than Carleton Sheets’ course.
