Dominic Trutanich teaches RE Law at Harbor College in the South Bay. Maybe you can take his class and get free advice? Easy guy to talk to in a classroom setting so I figure that might translate into an easy business relationship?

Anyone happen to have a recommendation on a title company in the Los Angeles area that’s willing to work with investors, familiar with double-closings and creative transactions? Ditto for an attorney who has experience with real estate and might be able to look over contracts without charging an arm and a leg to do it?!? Tall order, I know :slight_smile:
