Greg, you’ll find that as deals emerge and time goes by, you may want to customize the forms a bit. Put in specific default points, change the info forms, etc. I just re-keyed all of the forms in Word - doesn’t take long.

Just finished first 186 pages of Lonny,s book DOW and I’ve got a new hero. Make no mistake this is a GOOD book. And Lonny, i did NOT find any typos in first 186 pages. Found thirteen things would have done different on my Lonny deal Tuesday if i had read this first(what a concept…never really thought about simple stuff like TAXES!!!) Thank you Lonny for printing this book, if i can use PhotoShop to enlarge your forms, i am in business! Have another investor coming up from Orlando next week and i will try and get 4-5 lonny deals to look at when he arrives! This is so much better than WORK!!!
