Open your phone book & look under mtg. brokers. You’ll find all you need there. You might want to find a way to do the deal creatively though, without having to get a bank loan. This requires a motivated seller. If you don’t have one it won’t work.
Closing costs involved with a mtg. are not cheap. You have points, appraisal, insurance, etc.
