These sales are very much a reality. I have been for a few of these auctions myself but most of the properties listed are extremely rundown or in remote areas. A lot depends on which state you are in since the laws and policies of the tax sales are different in each state. to get more info I would suggest visiting your “county clerks” office. They cane give you the lowdown on which properties are up for grabs.

Hi. I just saw an infomercial on TV about John Beck’s Free and Clear RE investing system. They claim that properties can bought from Gov’t tax sales for pennies on the dollar Free and Clear ($300-$1,000). I was wondering are these situations that rarely happen or can these deals be found on a consistent basis. IF so, are there any good books that you would recomend I read to learn about this subject? Thanks Alot

I would suggest you look gov’t tax leins, they are a little more complicated but the profits are phenominal if your a patient person,
