Three or four years ago, he had a late-night infomercial selling his course about buying and selling used automobiles for profit. I highly doubt he has much RE experience. More likely he had staffers pour through books/courses from all the big players in the RE industry, and just re-worded things.

A bit too much fluff, although there’s a lot to learn from his marketing! You can get as much meat from boards like this one if you read conscientiously.

I bought his T.V. course. had some good info but not anything you couldnt learn from reading posts from here. To me he seems like a Don Lepre clone. talking all excited to get ppl excited(about buying his course)GoodLuck
