Thanks Jeff. 'Did not know about this site. It has documents (Ca. only at the moment) and tons more than OCTitle alone did; also it takes you to the same profile site as OCTitle uses (the two companies are affiliates).
Nice recommendation. Really apprecite it.

Lookin for a little direction if anybody’s got some. Was able to get into Octitle for a short but can’t seem to access these days. Have they shut out the “lay person” do you know? Couldn’t locate anything else quite like them and sure would like some advice on what to do, or how to gain access. Is there anyone esle who even holds a candle to them? I’m not a Realtor and I was using them free as permitted but now it seems they are unaccessable for serious comps. Domain is better than nothing but haven’t found anything like Octitle. Your input would be welcome.
