Scott Britton is one of the people out their that I respect the most. He teaches “REAL WORLD” investing. Scot doesn’t make up stories because they sound good and get you excited. He tell you about the good and the bad, he’ll speak from experience, not from what he read in a book.
His newsletter is very informative and I will also resubscribe to it.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Scott in person. He is truly a gem. His material is also great. His newsletter helps keep me motivated and has great advice. I also have is Sure fire course…great and informative and his rehab video, also great. The guy is a real doer in the rei world. Taught me alot of what i do today. (and is still teaching).

Yup,
I get Scott’s newsletter. And, I’ll resubscribe. I’ve also had the benefit of telephone consultation with Scott. If you want tried and true and up to date advice from someone who’s “been there, done that”, Scott can give it. He spends the majority of his time making money in real estate. Can’t argue with that.
