Anyway, my comments on you are just in keeping with my “calling em the way I see em” attitude. Yes, you are one of the survivors of the RE business, and have seen probably more than you care to tell; we call that sperience… and you got lots of it.
I too have only been reading and posting on creonline for about 15 to 18 months, and I too have learned far more than I have contributed. We call that a good thing…
As for the shaving, I don’t have much of a penchant for it either…bearded for over 20 years… and getting quite grey these days, I have noticed lately, the last time I looked in the mirror.
