I only read one book called ?“Street Smart Real Estate Investing” or something like that.
I was very impressed. It was a great book for the price.

His materials are average at best. I borrowed them from an investing friend and returned them without finishing them. There are much better resources for sale here. Don’t waste time with the ok stuff when you can get the great stuff.
