I have researched problems people have encountered with the Carlton Sheets program. Many who were discourged, where those who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Sure, you can sometimes get lucky, but most of the time people don’t fall for the scheme.

Are you saying there is something illeagle about buying real estate with no money down? If you are I certainly take acception to that and would remind you that Carleton Sheets course suggests that both parties win when his methods are employed and for the last seven years I find that to be true.
