Hello all,
Remember i just posted about that free mobile home i had??? well i wanted to know about some tips for selling a handy person special as quickly as possible…
it’s a 1971 and needs some work, i.e. new flooring, big time clean up, fix bathroom walls and floor, new tile and carpet throughout, some holes in ceiling, roof needs to be coated and possibly more THERE is a crack in the roof, needs yard clean up, etc…and i don’t want to get involved in the fix-up, so i was hoping someone could give me some tips on selling this fixer-upper as quickly as possible. I did put that handyperson special ad in and got as of today around 40 calls on it. So, i know there is some interest, i just want to CLOSE the deal real quick!
