Actually today is his birthday. I called him a little while ago, he was cleaning out the garbage from a new land/home deal he just put together. (He bought it for about 1/3 of the appraised value, by the way.) I told him that was a terrible way to spend your birthday, he said he was enjoying it emmensley! Urine soaked carpet, dead cats under the home…Ahh, the rancid smell of money!
