My partner and I are new to real estate investing and are trying to put our team together. We are motivated to start, but have not been able to get the right people to be on our team. A hard money lender has been difficult to locate in the northern VA area. If anyone has been working with one in the area and they wouldn’t mind sharing the information, please contact me.
