Does anybody know of a lender that will do the max ltv? Also if within LTV allowance, I was wondering If I an use the ramaining Cash for rehab?
For example
Value 100K
ask is 55K
LTV based on 65% is 65K
Can I use the remaining 10K to apply for rehabe costs?
