Hi all,
It’s interesting how the more you learn, the more you begin to see opportunities… they seemingly pop up out of nowhere, but the reality is they were always there to begin with, eh?
While beginning MH deals with whatever small investors I have on my list (read friends and family 
and elbow grease, I am beginning to think that doing a REO deal (or atleast putting my contacts together beginning now and learning how to ‘do’ them) is in my future.
Funding will be the largest consideration. Anyone have any hard money leads to offer in Montana? What is the best way to find them?
