I am doing deals in md(where I have used hard money) but have done 1 in Va.
What exactly are you looking for? Do you have a rehab deal you are trying to finance? I do know some hard money lenders in our area.

p.s…you should come to the investors club that meets per month… I believe there are some hard money lenders there too.
