I’m a beginning rehabber and I just got my first offer excepted of $41k. I was wondering where can I find a hard money lender, because my credit is fair I don’t think I should go to a bank to get financed for the purchase and rehab of the property. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

they have a list of hardmoney lenders in your area
i suggest that you also check outinvestwell.com… they are the most reasonable of all the hard money lenders that i studied
