I’ve had some pass credit problems and I am interested in using a reliable hml or private lender…does any one have any referrals of good hml’s or private lenders in Atlanta?

Kisha, check out Miami Valley Bank in Lakeview,OH. They have an "interim loan " for rehabbing!

Kisha, Miami Valley Bank is the Hard Money Lender I use. They have an “interim loan” for rehabbing properties. However, I’m in Detroit, Michigan and I don’t know weather they will lend in Atlanta. But it is definately worth looking into. They are based in Lakeview, OH. Probably easier to call information and get heir number than searching for it on the web!
