If you already have a home tied up and simply need the funds, there are a couple of things you can do.
Run an ad in the paper stating that you need money, and then list the terms you are willing to pay.
Like, 60% LTV. secured by first", etc.
or
Drop me an e-mail off the board and I’ll gladly pass along info to you.
But, my sources require that you have a home tied up first before they’ll even talk to you.
