Up to 70% LTV. no income, no credit req.
Investor flips up to 95% LTV NOO
Unseasoned refi’s up to 85%
Preforeclosure buyouts up to 80%
Bank REO’s up to 90% LTV OO
closings usually within 15 business days
I can also do financing for your buyers with prequalifying taking 24-48 hours.

What’s a preforeclosure buyout? You’ll buy them from us for 80% of FMV? If that’s the case what are you looking for other than the correct FMV? And do you do this in all 50 states?
