I?m trying to locate hard moneylenders in the Miami area. I have a couple that I?ve been talking to but I want to compare.
Another question?My wife and I are newbies that only deal with L/O, so far 2 in the Miami area and now my wife and I want to check out pre-foreclosures for flipping. How would I go about finding the pre-foreclosures compared to foreclosures. We can find the foreclosures fine it?s just the pre-foreclosures are what we want. I?ll just say thanks in advance.
