Where are you located? You will probably be better off finding a local hard money lender to fund your deals. If you are having a difficult time locating a local hard money lender try contacting some local realtors and/or title companies. They are usually a good source for this as they are in tune with the local market. You can also get referrals from some other local investors who are doing the same thing as you.
