Just kidding - (I am a hard money lender). Some you do need to be careful of though.
They usually advertise in the paper under “Money to Loan” and in the phone book. Realtors might be able to help some also. Check the paper and yellow pages first in your local area. I would check them out some also. Read the documents VERY carefully.
