Is there such a thing as hard money loans for Rehab projects were the loan term might be as long as 5 years or more with intrest only payments. I am already qualified with Rehab Funding for money but they have a 1 year balloon and want you to sell or refinance in one year. I like to Rehab homes and sell on a lease option and sometimes my tenant’buyer doesn’t buy and i have to put some one else in the property. So if anyone does these type of loans in Michigan please let me know.
