I have a piece of property that has just appraised at $238,000 and I need to borrow $50,000 . I have no bankrupcys but some late pays on my credit record . I make between $80,000 and $120,000 depending on how much I work. I own the property free and clear . I live in Burlington, Wash . Should I have a hard time borrowing this money ? It is for a real estate investment . Thanks Dave
