Hi, I’m looking for Hard Money in MA. I will be working with a seller second of 40%. Also how quickly do hard money loans take to close and can I do a simul close where the note is bought. Also i need a note buyer that would do a simul close in MA. My last question is can I get hard money for 65% and use 5% for repairs (more so cosmetic to increase amt of rent I can get on the duplex).
